  • You must provide complete and accurate data at the time of set-up of yourmembership

  • You can purchase the membership along with only Motorola smartphone at the time of Device purchase only
  • What’s covered: Accidental Screen Damage
  • Not covered: Theft or loss, wear and tear, unauthorized repair of phone, Liquid damage
  • As part of the XTRACARE Classic Screen Protection membership, you will be offered the followingbenefits

o   Single numberassistance:ForanyassistancerelatedtoyourXTRACARE Classic Screen Protection membershipbenefits including claims related assistance

o   Complimentary screen damageprotection*:

  • As part of the XTRACARE FoneSafe Classic Screen Protection Membership, you will be enrolledintoacomplimentaryinsurancecoverforprotectionofthe screen of your mobile device as an insured beneficiary for under the Group Policy taken by SaleXtra Limited for its customers
  • You will be eligible for the repair of the damaged screen of your mobiledeviceonceduringthepolicyperiodforupto50%of the deviceprice
  • You can get the screen repaired only from a brand authorized service centres in Bangladesh
  • You must inform about damage incident by calling XTRACARE helpline (daily 10:00am to 7:00pm) within 24 hours of the incident bycalling
  • If any repair is done from any un-authorized before availing the service, you will not be eligible to get repairs under theoffer
  • Onlydamaged(cracked/broken)screencanberepairedunderthe offer membership, screens not working due to any other reason cannot be repaired
  • *Thecomplimentaryscreendamageinsurancecoverisprovidedby SaleXtra Limited. Please read the detailed terms and conditions for anyqueries
  • Once the membership is purchased, it cannot be cancelled. No refund will be offered to you in case ofcancellation
  • The Plan cannot be availed in case of return or refund of the device with which the Plan was purchased

Terms And Condition ( Universal )

* In case of COD, any order with value BDT 5000 or above customer must pay 10% of the order value in advance in order to confirm the order.
* Advance can be paid through Bkash or Nagad to the company merchant account after consultation with the concerned person from customer service.
*Salextra reserves the right to change, modify or cancel any of the existing offers, campaign or process without any prior notification and shift to a new one.
