The product is great and perfect, but the delivery took 3–4 days to hand over. I received a warranty card. I am writing this review after using the product for 5–6 days. The call quality and battery backup are quite satisfactory. However, the display resolution of the Symphony Hero 20 is quite disappointing, especially from such a well-known Bangladeshi brand.
[Note: Please avoid Steadfast. The rider delivered the product after 9:00 PM. If possible, use Pathao Courier; they seem more professional than Steadfast, in my opinion. I also hope that Salextra will respond more professionally in Messenger and via email next time.]
